We came to the lighthouse at 10 am.

During the first moments we inlanders felt a bit lost, but after a hot cup of coffee we started to feel like home.

The weather was great, the sun was shining and the sea was still. Now it is 7 pm and it is time to take back the sleep debts of the previous night. Good night.

240909 Thank You Märket

Tomorrow there should be the change of shifts, so we sent a list to Pekka about the stuff that is needed, food, gasolin etc. We wanted to get the lighthouse to a shape that would please the coming shift.

We were not alone as we listened to the radio – the Finnish ice hockey league was in the air. Tomorrow we should get to the continent (both to Åland and mainland Finland).

Thank You Märket that You offered us a possibility to get rid of the cities and their hazzle. Here we have has the possibility to stop for a moment and and think of life and the way the world runs.

The greatist lesson that Märket has given us is how small we are in front of the powers of the nature. So thank You Märket! Soon it is time to head to the continent and to sauna!
