In the morning weather was nice and the sea calm. When we arrived to the Märket sea was enjoyable even little foggy.
- Life here is very similar as what life has been for example hundred year ago, rooms has to warm up and waters carry inside. Luckily we have two strong man here to do that 😉
At afternoon we got a few cheery diver woman here as visiters, they and theirs boat driver delighted ours evening.

Rainy night but luckily very beautiful and sunny morning, not so warm, + 11 C. Funny, dishes gets dusty and fetty even you don’t use them, this was just good day to carry almost everything out and wash them.
One piece of our warning fence was broken but now its fixed by brothers.
We are very happy of sun and our solar panels because on sunny days they gives us all the energy we needs.

Foggy and rainy morning and day, visibility 150 meter about and normality its smt like 24 kilometers said Teppo. At afternoon sun games out of clouds, funny how it can changes all the landscape.

Right away when the rain stopped gentlemen rushed to work 😋
Today’s only visiter was very beautiful and brave ladybug. It’s real survivor with strong winds.

Very foggy, rainy and windy day, just perfekt for continue cleaning kitchen. Mari washed first fridge and then she tested owen, she almost fit in 😉
Windy weather, +10 C max 16 m/s wnw. Like this looked our harbour, no visiters today 😋
No swimming today either, waves flushed over our “swimming pool”.

2.30 am Morning sun’s first sight, wind wasn’t anymore so hard but sea was still very restless.
Terns try to attacking us because they thought we were too much in their own territorio.
Best part of day, we got happy visiters from Hämeenlinna. Divers (Hämeenlinnan sukeltajat) came here after wreck diving, luckily sea was very still and they could come here.
Was very nice to show Märket to them and of course we offered coffee and bakings to lovely people 😊
Before divers left, one of them searched our waters, she saw lot of kind of shrimps, Palaemon adpersus perhaps?

Today was very beautiful day to test our rubber boat.
A little seal pup took a nap on our rocks. It tried to mask itself as well as possebly – very succesfully as you can see 😋

Friday 16.6.2017
At 2 am wind was very still and seals singing filled air. Two light in the night, our dear light house and the northern sky.
Joona and MS Eva came again to our harbour and six diver with them. Was very nice to learn a huge of our birds from them, thanks friends!
This crew was very good for a laugh and they made us happy as well 😊 In lonely islet all visiters are warmly welcome!
Here in Märket weather changes very fast, morning was nice, now is very foggy and windy, luckily under 10 m/s. Good to have these strong storm windows between us and wind. This is our last night here, tomorrow morning Mats comes with new team.

Last morning this time, everything done so Keijo had little time for fishing before change of shift. Sun is shining, sea is very calm, things could not be better specially because fish didn’t bite 😋
Finally Mats came with our replacers and two visiters. We guided them and served coffee and bakings to all people on the Märket before our drive left.
And so came time to take last pick of place where we worked and lived from Saturday to Saturday. Very funny but “our” seals came to look when we left, we saw atleast nine of them, farewell friends, we see you again!
